Decision of the European Systemic Risk Board of 16 September 2014 on the extension of certain deadlines set by Recommendation ESRB/2012/2 on funding of credit institutions (ESRB/2014/4)
The European Systemic Risk Board extends the reporting deadlines for national supervisory authorities and the European Banking Authority regarding the implementation of Recommendations A(1), A(2), A(3), and A(5) under Recommendation ESRB/2012/2. National supervisory authorities must submit interim reports by 31 December 2015 and final reports by 31 July 2016 for Recommendations A(1) and (2), and by 31 December 2015 and 30 September 2016 for Recommendation A(3). The European Banking Authority is required to deliver an interim report on Recommendation A(5) by 31 March 2016 and a final report by 30 June 2016.
