Decision of the European Systemic Risk Board of 21 July 2015 on the provision and collection of information for macroprudential oversight

This Decision establishes the detailed rules for the provision and collection of aggregated information required by the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) for macroprudential oversight. It mandates the European Central Bank to provide regular aggregated data as specified in Annex I, while the European Supervisory Authorities must supply regular aggregated information, including risk indicators and detailed risk analysis tools, as outlined in Annex II. The ESRB Secretariat is authorized to request additional aggregated information on an ad hoc basis or conduct ad hoc surveys under the procedures defined in Annex III. This Decision repeals Decision ESRB/2011/6 and entered into force on 21 July 2015.
