On the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CAUSENI”

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CAUSENI” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNFC) under No. 7068 on 25.09.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the securities in accordance with the report on the results of the supplementary issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 07.10.2025 (registered with the CNFC under No. 7329),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFC Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNFC Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the supplementary issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CAUSENI” (IDNO 1003608000976, MD-4301, Căușeni city, Țighina Highway 2/A) are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in the amount of 748,800 MDL, in the number of 74,880 registered ordinary shares, from non-monetary assets. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 26,055,900 MDL, divided into 2,605,590 registered ordinary shares of Class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14RUMC1004.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNFC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFC (www.cnpf.md).
