On the registration in the
Securities Issuers Register, related to the Joint Stock Company "DACIA-LV"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "DACIA-LV" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 7495 on 15.10.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related to it,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the
   Joint Stock Company "DACIA-LV" (IDNO 1002600013045, MD-2060, Chisinau, Dacia Blvd. 35) in the amount of 18,804,675 MDL, in the number of 1,253,645 ordinary nominal shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 111,829,620 MDL, divided into 7,455,308 ordinary nominal shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 15 MDL and with the identification number MD14DACA1008.
2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to
   the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient
   according to the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
