Decision on the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC DRUMURI-SOROCA
The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Moldova has issued a decision to register securities for JSC DRUMURI-SOROCA following the company's application for the additional issuance of shares. This registration increases the company's social capital to 34,359,640 MDL, divided into 3,435,964 ordinary Class I shares, with 74,880 new shares issued from non-monetary assets. The decision enters into force upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days.
