Department of Banking and Securities Order Regarding Easy Cars Sales, Inc.
The Department of Banking and Securities issues an order stipulating that an installment seller license will be issued to Easy Cars upon meeting all licensing requirements determined by the Department's Licensing Division. Easy Cars irrevocably consents to the order, waives any right to a hearing or appeal, and agrees to be legally bound by its terms. The order explicitly preserves consumer rights under the Consumer Credit Code and becomes effective on the date the Office executes the document.
