Directions for Electronic Bidding for Central Government Bonds and Treasury Bills

These Directions establish an Electronic Bidding System for central government bonds and treasury bills, requiring System Participants to use digital signatures and specific application forms for access and certification management. The rules define bidding limits, such as a NT$100 million minimum for competitive government bond bids and a NT$5 million minimum for treasury bill bids, with increments of NT$10 million and NT$1 million respectively. Bids are final upon transmission confirmation, and participants are responsible for security procedures and certificate validity. In the event of system failures, participants may submit bids via fax using designated written forms.
