Economic Fury Disrupts Foreign Networks Supporting Iran’s Military and Weapons Programs
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control issued General Licenses 46C through 54A to authorize specific transactions involving Venezuelan oil, minerals, and services. OFAC also updated the Specially Designated Nationals List by adding six individuals and four entities linked to Iran's military and weapons programs, primarily from China and Hong Kong. Additionally, the agency designated three existing entities and individuals under the Iran-Con-Arms Executive Order to disrupt foreign networks supporting Iran's military activities.
