Effectiveness of Licensing Procedures for Exportation of Agricultural Commodities, Medicine, and Medical Devices to Sudan and Iran; Comment Request
The Office of Foreign Assets Control solicits written comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for exporting agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Sudan and Iran for the period October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2016. Comments must be submitted by April 23, 2018, to support the agency's biennial report to Congress required by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. The Office of Foreign Assets Control will not accept comments requesting confidential treatment.
