Effectiveness of Licensing Procedures for Exportation of Agricultural Commodities, Medicine, and Medical Devices to Sudan and Iran; Comment Request
The Office of Foreign Assets Control solicits comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for exporting agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Sudan and Iran for the period October 1, 2010, to September 30, 2012. Written comments must be received by October 3, 2013, to be considered in the biennial report to Congress required by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. The Office of Foreign Assets Control will not accept comments requesting confidential treatment and notes that specific licenses are no longer required for certain exports due to general licenses issued in 2011 and 2012.
