Effectiveness of Licensing Procedures for Exportation of Agricultural Commodities, Medicine, and Medical Devices to Sudan and Iran; Comment Request
The Office of Foreign Assets Control solicits written comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for exporting agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Sudan and Iran for the period October 1, 2012, to September 30, 2014. Comments must be received by January 6, 2016, to be considered for the biennial report required by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. The Office will not accept confidential comments and will return any submissions requesting confidentiality.
