Final Order — Mortgage Broker
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with mortgage broker Tidor, Inc. and its owner Dorinda Kaye Geans-Jay. The order resolves administrative proceedings initiated for the respondents' failure to timely submit required mortgage call reports for the third quarter of 2024. As part of the settlement, the respondents agreed to pay a $500 administrative fine and commit to future compliance with Florida Statutes chapter 494.
