Final Order — Mortgage Lender
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with mortgage lender Oceans Lending, L.L.C. and its president, Charles S. Solomon. The order resolves findings that the respondents failed to timely submit audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, in violation of Florida Statutes.
