Final Order — Mortgage Lender
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with mortgage lender MCJAB Inc. and its president, John F. Smyth, to resolve compliance violations. The Respondents admitted to failing to timely submit audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, in violation of Florida Statutes Chapter 494. As part of the settlement, the Respondents agreed to pay an administrative fine of $2,625.00 and to cease and desist from future violations of the applicable mortgage lending laws.
