FINRA Announces SFAC, Regional Committee and NAC Election Results and Appointments
FINRA announces the election results for the Small Firm Advisory Committee (SFAC) and Regional Committees, as well as Board appointments to the National Adjudicatory Council (NAC). The newly elected and appointed individuals will serve three-year terms on the SFAC and Regional Committees, and four-year terms on the NAC, all beginning January 1, 2026. Specific appointees include DiAnne Calabrisotto, Preston Haxo, and Michael Oxley to the SFAC, various compliance officers to Regional Committees, and Arthur Laby, Paul Roye, and Scott Kursman to the NAC.
