First Announcement of Regulatory Delisting by FSC Securities and Futures Bureau for Review of Official Letters/Orders Issued After the Commission's Establishment (July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007)
The Securities and Futures Bureau delists 249 official letters and orders issued between July 1, 2006, and June 30, 2007, determining that they are no longer necessary, outdated, transferred to other agencies, or not regulations. These items will be removed from the Securities and Futures Laws and Regulations Interpretation Inquiry System starting November 20, 2026, and will no longer serve as the basis for penalties or other dispositions by the Commission. Stakeholders may submit opinions or suggestions regarding the delisted regulations within 20 days following the announcement.
