General Directorate of Research and Innovation Resolution No. 001-2024-SMV/12.1
The resolution authorizes Proyecto Crowd Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. to appoint a part-time compliance officer instead of a full-time exclusive one. The entity must submit a technical report evaluating the conditions under Article 22 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Norms within thirty business days prior to the twelfth month following notification to verify if the authorization conditions remain met. The resolution is published on the Superintendency of the Securities Market's institutional website and communicated to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Peru.
