The General Intendant for Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024025665 submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 859-2024-SMV/10.2 of 28 June 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy for Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the fund "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXX FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023012797 on 27 March 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the fund "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023036705 on 24 August 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the fund "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLVII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023043697 on 18 October 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the fund "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado L FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023049454 on 27 November 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, by writings submitted up to 11 June 2024, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, reported on the liquidation process of the funds mentioned in the preceding lines;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 859-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXX FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLVII FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado L FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
