General License CC Authorizing Wind Down of Transactions Involving Certain Blocked Persons
General License CC authorizes transactions ordinarily incident and necessary to wind down dealings with Golden Global Yatirim Bankasi Anonim Sirketi, Golden Global Varlik Kiralama Anonim Sirketi, Golden Global Portfoy Yonetimi Anonim Sirketi, and entities holding a 50 percent or greater interest in them. These transactions are permitted through 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on September 19, 2026, provided that any payment to a blocked person is made into a blocked, interest-bearing account located in the United States. The license does not authorize transactions involving other persons blocked under Executive Order 13902 unless separately authorized.
