HAVING REVIEWED:
The file No. 2024046632 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 60-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 14, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 13, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservative Dollar Liquidity FMIV", referring to the modification of the unified commission and means of attention;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with what is provided in Article 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrating Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, as well as with what is stated by the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015- SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 60-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservative Dollar Liquidity FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the aforementioned fund in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 3, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
