CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Dollars Income 6M XXV FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025009243 on March 3 2025 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Institutional Soles Income 1Y III FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024029354 on July 8 2024 in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Dollars Income 6M XXIV FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024049640 on December 2 2024 in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c); That, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. presented the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "SF Dollars Income 6M XXV FMIV", "SF Institutional Soles Income 1Y III FMIV" and "SF Dollars Income 6M XXIV FMIV" is required, due to expiration of term; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "SF Dollars Income 6M XXV FMIV", "SF Institutional Soles Income 1Y III FMIV" and "SF Dollars Income 6M XXIV FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. and Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. in its capacity as custodian.
