File No. 2024048636 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 82-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 17, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted until January 15, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Corto Plazo Dólares FMIV"; That, the changes refer to the investment policy, unified commission, historical profitability, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 82-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Corto Plazo Dólares FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus
and annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1st enter into force on February 6, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA
