File No. 2024048640 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 87-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 17, 2025, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted until January 15, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV"; That, the changes refer to the investment policy, unified commission, historical profitability, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator complies with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 87-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2°.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1° enter into force on February 6, 2025.
Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4°.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
