File No. 2024052390 initiated by MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., as well as Report No. 92-2025-SMV/10.2 of January 17, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 070-2021-SMV/10.2 of July 6, 2021, the registration of the investment fund named "FI Impulso Acreencias ME 2" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, according to what is established by article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Managing Companies, it corresponds to the managing company to request the Securities Market Superintendency the registration of modifications to the participation regulation corresponding to the fund under its management; That, through writings presented until January 16, 2025, MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. requested the registration of modifications to various articles of the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named "FI Impulso Acreencias ME 2" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, mainly referring to the duration period of the fund, the incorporation of a success fee, change in the name of the fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with what is established in article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in the Report No. 92-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being subject to what is established by article 1°, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Decree Law No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38°, numeral 6) of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the modifications
to the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named "FI Impulso Acreencias ME 2", which from this modification will be named "FI Impulso Factoring ME", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de
Inversión S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendency the updated version of the participation regulation with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution
Article 3rd.- MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de
Inversión S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulation of the investment fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulation, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of the present resolution.
Article 4th.- MGI Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de
Inversión S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the modifications in the next investment statement.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transcribe this resolution to MGI
