File No. 2024052391 initiated by MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 91-2025-SMV/10.2 of January 17, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 071-2021-SMV/10.2 of July 6, 2021, the registration of the investment fund named “FI Impulso Acreencias MN 2” was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, according to what is established by article 45 of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, it corresponds to the administrator company to request the Securities Market Superintendence for the registration of modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration; That, through writings presented until January 16, 2025, MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the registration of modifications to various articles of the Participation Regulations of the investment fund named “FI Impulso Acreencias MN 2” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, mainly referring to the duration period of the fund, the incorporation of a success fee, change in the name of the fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with what is established in article 45 of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 91-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being subject to what is provided by article 1°, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38°, numeral 6) of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the modifications to the Participation Regulations of the investment fund named “FI Impulso Acreencias MN 2”, which from this modification will be named “FI Impulso Factoring MN”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulation with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 3rd.- MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the modifications in the next investment statement.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transcribe this resolution to MGI Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A.
