The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2024048638 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 83-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 17, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until January 15, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Mediano Plazo Soles FMIV";

That, the changes refer to the investment policy, unified commission, historical profitability, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 83-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Renta Mediano Plazo Soles FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus
and annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1 enter into force on February 6, 2025.

Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA
Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
