HAVING SEEN:

The file 2024053044 submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 101-2025- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 1Y VII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023026983 on June 16 of 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds in Dollar Income III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M V FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024018092 on April 25 of 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds in Sol Income III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 101-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in
securities named "SF Renta Dólares 1Y VII FMIV" and "SF Renta Soles 6M V FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
