HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025000619 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 171-2025-SMV/10.2 dated February 4, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 120-2024-SMV/10.2 dated September 13, 2024, the registration of the investment fund "Coril Retail Soles 3 – Investment Fund" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations;

That, in accordance with what is established by Article 45 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, an administrator company may request the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration;

That, through writings submitted by January 29, 2025, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Retail Soles 3 – Investment Fund" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to capital, minimum equity, application of profits, fund expenses, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in Article 45 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 171-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established by Article 1, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and Article 38, numeral 6) of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the modification to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Retail Soles 3 – Investment Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in Article 1 of this resolution, through any of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
