File No. 2025000620 initiated by Grupo Coril
Asset Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 159-2025-SMV/10.2 dated February 4, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 117-2024-SMV/10.2 dated September 12, 2024, the registration of the investment fund “Coril Retail Dólares 3 – Investment Fund” was ordered, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations; That, in accordance with what is established by article 45 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, a management company may request the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its management; That, through writings submitted by January 29, 2025, Grupo Coril Asset Management Company S.A. requested the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named “Coril Retail Dólares 3 – Investment Fund” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to capital, minimum equity, application of profits, fund expenses, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Asset Management Company S.A. has complied with what is established in article 45 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Management Companies; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 159-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with what is provided by article 1, subsection b), of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38, subsection 6) of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the modification to the
participation regulations of the investment fund named “Coril Retail Dólares 3 – Investment Fund”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Grupo Coril Asset Management Company S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the
participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Asset Management Company S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the
investment fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution, through any of the information channels established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence
(www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Asset Management Company S.A.
