The General Intendant for Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025000658 initiated by Santander Collective Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 233-2025- SMV/10.2 dated February 13, 2025;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until February 13, 2025, Santander Collective Fund Management Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence authorization for the program to be named "Santander Tradicional" and its respective contract model;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Santander Collective Fund Management Company S.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Articles 19, 20 and 95 of the Regulation of the System of Collective Funds and their Management Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "Santander Tradicional" and its respective contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 233- 2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 5, items ix and x, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize the program named
"Santander Tradicional", as well as its respective contract model and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
