The file 2025007855 submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 273-2025- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Renta Dólares 6M XXI FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024026735 on June 18 of 2024 in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to the expiration of its duration term, as developed in Report No. 273-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, paragraph 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Renta Dólares 6M XXI FMIV" from the Public Registry
of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
