HAVING SEEN:

File 2025051364, submitted by Fondos Sura
SAF S.A.C.;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo Sura Plazo Definido Soles V FMIV" was registered via file No.
2024002703 on January 22, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Sura Plazo Definido Soles" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c);

That, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to expiration of the term is required; and,

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo Sura Plazo Definido Soles V FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
