File No. 2026010990 presented by Andean
Crown Fund Managing Company S.A.C. and Report No. 478-2026- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, by file 2018041055 of October 18,
2018, the investment fund named "Investment Fund - Andean Crown Working Capital Fund I" was automatically registered, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulation, under the Simplified Regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with Article 120 letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its modifications, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the Universal Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 478- 2026- SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund
called "Investment Fund - Andean Crown Working Capital Fund I" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv )
