File No. 2025008883 initiated by Interfondos S.A.
Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 361-2025-SMV/10.2 dated March 18 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted by March 13 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF Portafolio Dinámico Soles FMIV"; That, the changes refer to the minimum holding period, reduction of the unified commission, update of the logo, among others. That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company complies with what is established by: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and their amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as it is developed in Report No. 361-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF Portafolio Dinámico Soles FMIV", in the corresponding
section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus
and annex to the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1st enter into force on April 3, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to
