The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026009877 presented by Grupo Coril Managing Company of Funds S.A. and Report No. 527-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 117-2024-SMV/10.2 of September 12, 2024, the registration of the investment fund named "Coril Retail Dólares 3 - Investment Fund", as well as the corresponding Participation Regulations, under the General Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;

That, compliance with Article 120, letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified; therefore it corresponds to exclude the investment fund by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 527-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

And being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund
denominated "Coril Retail Dólares 3 - Investment Fund" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv)
