CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M VIII FMIV" was registered through the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 090-2025-SMV/10.2 on May 14, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds of Income in Soles IV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that the exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the duration term of the fund as established in subsection c) 1; That, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M VIII FMIV" from the Public Registry
of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia
