File 2026019238, presented by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 36 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025003017 on January 24, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 37 Rendimiento Global 321 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025016506 on April 11, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV" in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c); That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term is required; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 36 Rendimiento Global 360
FMIV" and "Fondo de Fondos IF 37 Rendimiento Global 321 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to
