The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026017230 presented by Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. and Report No. 807-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through File No. 2024002901, dated January 23, 2024, the investment fund named "Fondo Visión Dividendos Global - Fondo de Inversión" was registered, along with its corresponding Participation Regulations, under the Simplified Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Article 120, letter c) of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified; therefore, it corresponds to exclude the aforementioned investment fund by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 807-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund named "Fondo Visión Dividendos Global - Fondo de Inversión" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Superintendence's Securities Market Portal (www.gob.pe/smv)

Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
