The file No. 2025015246 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 649-2025-SMV/10.2 of May 19, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until May 16, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Apreciación de Capital FMIV," referring to modifications on: i) denomination, ii) objective and investment policy, (iii) performance comparison indicator, (iv) unified commission, (v) minimum holding period, (vi) means and hours of service, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 649-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Apreciación de Capital FMIV", which hereinafter will be named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Tecnológicas FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Apreciación de Capital FMIV", which hereinafter will be named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Tecnológicas FMIV", will enter into force on June 5, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
