The General Intendant of the General Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

The file No. 2026023689 and the information from the Public Registry of the Securities Market regarding the mutual fund investment programs registered that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos currently maintains;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual fund investment program named "Dollar Custody Mutual Funds Program" was registered by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 088-2018-SMV/10.2 on August 3, 2018, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That the mutual fund investment program named "IF Capital Structured Mutual Funds Program" was registered by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 103-2018-SMV/10.2 on September 11, 2018, in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment program named "IF Strategic Option Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program" was registered by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 068-2019-SMV/10.2 on August 9, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment program named "IF Strategic Investment Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program" was registered by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 117-2019-SMV/10.2 on December 3, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That Article 45-B of the Regulations on Mutual Fund Investment Programs and their Administrating Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that programs will have a maximum validity of 6 years and that during this period one or more mutual fund investment programs may be registered in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment programs indicated in the preceding paragraphs have exceeded the validity period permitted by the regulations;

That all mutual fund investment programs registered through said programs have been excluded from the REGISTRY. Consequently, the official exclusion of the aforementioned programs due to the expiration of their validity corresponds; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual fund investment programs named "Dollar Custody Mutual Funds Program", "IF Capital Structured Mutual Funds Program", "IF Strategic Option Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program" and "IF Strategic Investment Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. in its capacity as custodian.
