General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 092-2026-SMV/10.2
Resolution No. 092-2026-SMV/10.2 orders the official exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market of four mutual fund investment programs belonging to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos because they have exceeded the maximum six-year validity period established by regulation. The affected programs are the Dollar Custody Mutual Funds Program, the IF Capital Structured Mutual Funds Program, the IF Strategic Option Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program, and the IF Strategic Investment Dollars FMIV Structured Mutual Funds Program. This exclusion is mandated because all funds registered under these programs have already been removed from the Registry, and the resolution requires the dissemination of this decision on the Superintendence's website and its notification to the administrator and custodian bank.
