The file No. 2025018593 presented by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXIV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023051677 on December 14, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024005434 on February 08, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVI Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024007566 on February 21, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVII Rendimiento Global 321 FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024015566 on April 09, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, with writings presented until April 28, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of their term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in
securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXIV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", "Fondo de Fondos IF XXV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVI Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" and "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVII Rendimiento Global 321 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to
