File No. 2025030271 initiated by Interfondos S.A.
Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1037-2025-SMV/10.2 of August 1, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted until July 30, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF Real Estate Student Accommodation FMIV"; That, the changes refer to the increase in the initial minimum subscription and the update of the logo of Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company complies with:
(i) Article 55 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and their amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1037-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF Real Estate Student

Article 2.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus
and annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1 enter into force on August 21, 2025.
Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to
