The file 2024048327 submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1644-2024- SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, the “Scotia Fund of Funds Distributive HY FMIV” was registered in file No. 2020002407 on January 28, 2020 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through General Management Resolution No. 051- 2007-EF/94.11 dated March 29, 2007, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Scotia Balanced Mixed Fund FMIV” was ordered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through Autonomous Patrimony Directorial Resolution No. 014-2007-EF/94.06.2 of July 6, 2007, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Scotia Stocks Fund FMIV” was ordered, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies has been verified, whereby the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1644-2024-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds
in securities named “Scotia Fund of Funds Distributive HY FMIV”, “Scotia Balanced Mixed Fund FMIV” and “Scotia Stocks Fund FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia
