SEEN:

The File No. 2024039926 initiated by EAFC Maquisistema S.A., as well as Report No. 1651-2024-SMV/10.2 of December 13, 2024;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 007-2023-SMV/10.2 of January 13, 2023, the collective fund program named "C2" was authorized, as well as its respective contract model to be used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered;

That, through writings submitted until December 5, 2024, EAFC Maquisistema S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the contract used in the management of the "C2" program;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that EAFC Maquisistema S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in Article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the authorization of modifications to the contract model used in the management of the "C2" program, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 1651-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix) and x), of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize the modifications to the contract model of the "C2" program used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. in the management of the aforementioned program and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendency.

Article 2.- The modifications referred to in the preceding article will enter into force on the next business day following the communication indicated in the last paragraph of Article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Managing Companies.

Article 3.- The modifications referred to in Article 1 of this resolution will be applicable to groups that are formed after their entry into force.

Article 4.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to EAFC Maquisistema S.A.
