CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Renta Operativa I FMIV", was registered via file No. 2019017623 on May 6, 2019, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Barrera Condicional XIII FMIV", was registered via file No. 2022018116 on April 28, 2022, as part of the mutual fund program named "Barrera Condicional", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXIV FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024015993 on April 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXVII FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024038093 on September 6, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 6M Dólar Seguro I FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024046564 on November 8, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Dólar Seguro", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances set forth in article 181

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term is required; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Renta Operativa I FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital Barrera Condicional XIII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXIV FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXVII FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 6M Dólar Seguro I FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
