File No. 2025022029 initiated by Core Capital
Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., as well as Report No. 1393- 2025-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, on March 14, 2025, automatic registration under the Simplified Regime was ordered for the investment fund named "Fondo Edifica Global II - Investment Fund" and its respective Participation Regulations in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through writings submitted until September 30, 2025, Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. requested the modification of the regime under which the investment fund was registered denominated "Fondo Edifica Global II - Investment Fund" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, that is, from Simplified Regime to General Regime; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with what is established in: (i) articles 9 and 23 of the Law of Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies, Legislative Decree No. 862 and its amendments; (ii) article 30 and Annex G of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by the Resolution of Superintendent No. 023-2015-SMV/02 and its amendments, in force at the date of submission of the request, for the adaptation to the General Regime of the investment fund mentioned in the preceding consideration, which includes the modification of its participation regulations, as developed in Report No. 1393-2025- SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with what is established by article 1, literal b), of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38, numerals 6 and 7 of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the modification of the regime under which
the investment fund named "Fondo Edifica Global II - Investment Fund" was registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, from Simplified Regime to General Regime, as well as the registration of the modification of its respective participation regulations. The change of regime of the investment fund shall take effect on the date of entry into force of the modification of the participation regulations.
Article 2nd.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de
Fondos de Inversión S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1st of this resolution, through any of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.
Article 3rd.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de
Fondos de Inversión S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the modifications in the next investment statement.
Article 4th.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de
Fondos de Inversión S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations, which includes the date of entry into force of said approved document, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transcribe this resolution to Core
Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
