Individual decision · SMV · 3 Oct 2025
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) denies the request by Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. to appoint a single compliance officer dedicated exclusively to multiple entities within the same economic group. This decision rejects the application despite the entities' proposal, aligning with the dissenting opinion of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Peru (UIF-Peru) and confirming non-compliance with anti-money laundering norms and administrative procedures.
