The file No. 2024049993 initiated by El Dorado Asset Management Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1774- 2024-SMV/10.2 of December 27, 2024, from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 132-2023-SMV/10.2 of November 24, 2023, the registration of the exchange-traded fund or ETF named “Peru Soberano Van Eck El Dorado ID ETF”, as well as its participation units, participation regulation, simplified prospectus, and administration contract, was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through writings submitted until December 26, 2024, El Dorado Asset Management Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the fund mentioned in the previous paragraph, referring to the number of participation units that make up the creation unit and the list of authorized participants; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that El Dorado Asset Management Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with what is established in Article 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its modifications, as well as with what is stated in the Single Administrative Procedures Text of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015- SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1774-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being subject to what is established in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the exchange-traded fund or ETF named “Peru Soberano Van Eck El Dorado ID ETF”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the participation regulation and simplified prospectus mentioned in Article 1 of this resolution enter into force on the date of notification of this resolution.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.smv.gob.pe).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to El Dorado Asset Management Fund Administrator Company S.A. in its capacity as administrator, Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian, the Lima Stock Exchange S.A.A., and Cavali S.A. ICLV.
