Securitization Society S.A., as well as Report No. 1582-2025-SMV/10.2 dated November 03 of 2025, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Adjunct Superintendence of Prudential Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 100-2018-SMV/10.2 dated August 29, 2018, the advance procedure was approved and the participation certificate program named "First Issuance Program of Participation Certificates FIBRA PRIME" was registered up to a maximum issuance amount of US$ 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America), as well as the corresponding master prospectus and the "Trust Estate – D. Leg. No. 861, Title XI – Securitization Trust for Investment in Real Estate Rental Income – FIBRA – PRIME", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 036-2024-SMV/10.2 dated April 12, 2024, the registration of the change of trustee of the "Trust Estate – D. Leg. No. 861, Title XI – Securitization Trust for Investment in Real Estate Rental Income – FIBRA – PRIME", from BBVA Securitization Society S.A. to Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A., was ordered, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 139-2024-SMV/10.2 dated October 14, 2024, the approval of the advance procedure and the registration of the participation certificate program named "First Issuance Program of Participation Certificates FIBRA PRIME" up to a maximum placement amount of US$ 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America), and the registration of the third corresponding master prospectus, were ordered, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml This, within the framework of what is established in the fifth paragraph of Article 48 of the Regulation of the Asset Securitization Processes, which allows for a new registration of the same program based on the constitutive act that supported its previous registration and on the modifications that had been agreed upon in accordance with Article 10 of the referenced normative body; That, through writings submitted up to October 27 of 2025, Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. requested the registration of the first update due to fundamental variation of the third master prospectus corresponding to the "First Issuance Program of Participation Certificates FIBRA PRIME" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, which comprises modifications made through the eighth addendum of the Constitutive Act of the "Trust Estate – D. Leg. No. 861, Title XI – Securitization Trust for Investment in Real Estate Rental Income – FIBRA – PRIME" and Master Issuance Contract, and additionally includes non-fundamental variations, signed by Administradora Prime S.A. and Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A., as detailed in Report No. 1582-SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities; That, in accordance with what is provided by Articles 1 and 29 of the Regulation of Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities, any modification made to the informative prospectus must be presented to the Securities Market Superintendence. This, accompanied by the relevant documentation and information, prior to its delivery to investors, with the placement or sale being suspended until the modification has been registered; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been verified that Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. has complied with presenting the information required by the Regulation of Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities and by the Common Standards for the Determination of the Content of Informative Documents, for the case of registration of updates of informative prospectuses in the event of fundamental variations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by Article 332 of the Unified Text of the Securities Market Law, approved by Supreme Decree No. 020- 2023-EF; and, Article 38, numeral 8, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the first
update, due to fundamental variation, of the third master prospectus corresponding to the "First Issuance Program of Participation Certificates FIBRA PRIME", which additionally includes non-fundamental variations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Publish this resolution on the Portal
of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
