"Decade of Equality of Opportunities for Women and Men" "Year of recovery and consolidation of the Peruvian economy" Electronically signed document in the framework of Law No. 27269, Law of Digital Signatures and Certificates, its Regulations and modifications. The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml of the same program based on the constitutive act that supported its previous registration and on the modifications that may have been agreed upon in accordance with article 10 of the referenced normative body; That, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 181-2025-SMV/10.2 of November 3, 2025, the registration of the first update, by fundamental variation, of the third base prospectus corresponding to the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME", which additionally includes non-fundamental variations, was ordered, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through writings submitted by December 5, 2025, Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. requested the registration of the Complementary Information Prospectus corresponding to the Fifth Placement of FIBRA PRIME Participation Certificates within the framework of the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME", and the registration of the second update of the third base prospectus corresponding to the indicated Program, in virtue of the incorporation of Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., as co-structuring agent of the Fifth Placement, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the registration of the first update of the third base prospectus corresponding to the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, comprises modifications made through the "Eighth Modification to the Constitutive Act of the Trust Estate – D.Leg. No. 861, Title XI - Securitization Trust for Investment in Real Estate Rental Income – FIBRA – PRIME and Issuance Framework Contract". Through this addendum elevated to Public Deed dated October 23, 2025, numeral 6.11 of the Constitutive Act is modified, establishing that "(...), if so determined by the Technical Committee, the services of one or more additional structuring agents may be contracted so that they assume the co-structuring of a specific placement together with Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A."; That, Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. has presented a copy of the minutes of the Technical Committee session held on November 27,
2025. In said session, it was unanimously agreed to approve the contracting of
Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. to assume the role of co-structuring agent for the Fifth Placement of FIBRA PRIME Participation Certificates, together with Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. Likewise, it was approved that the latter sign the documents necessary to carry out said contracting; That, in accordance with what is provided by articles 1 and 29 of the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities, any modification made to the information prospectus must be presented to the Securities Market Superintendence. This, accompanied by the relevant documentation and information, prior to its delivery to investors, with the placement or sale being suspended until the modification has been registered; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been verified that Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. has complied with presenting the information required by the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities and by the Common Standards for Determining the Content of Information Documents, for the case of registration of updates of information prospectuses in the event of fundamental variations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

Leg. No. 861, Title XI – Securitization Trust for Investment in Real Estate Rental Income – FIBRA – PRIME", held on October 27, 2025. In this session, the Fifth Placement of FIBRA PRIME Participation Certificates was approved by unanimity up to an amount of US$ 200,000,000.00 (two hundred million and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America); That, from the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Securitization Society S.A. has complied with what is established in the Single Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law, approved by Supreme Decree No. 020-2023-EF, and in the Regulations on Asset Securitization Processes, approved through Conasev Resolution No. 001-97-EF/94.10 and modifying norms, for the registration of the Complementary Information Prospectus corresponding to the Fifth Placement of the "FIBRA PRIME Participation Certificates", registered within the framework of the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME", as developed in Report No. 1807-2025- SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by article 332 of the Single Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law; articles 43 and following of the Regulations on Asset Securitization Processes and, article 38, numeral 8, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and modifying norms; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the second
update, by fundamental variation, of the third base prospectus corresponding to the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME", which additionally includes non-fundamental variations, and the registration of the Complementary Information Prospectus corresponding to the Fifth Placement of the "FIBRA PRIME Participation Certificates", registered within the framework of the "First Participation Certificate Issuance Program FIBRA PRIME", up to a maximum amount of US$ 200,000,000.00 (two hundred million and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America), in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The public offering of the securities referred to in the
preceding article must be carried out in accordance with what is provided in article 25 and, if applicable, in article 29 of the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities.\ Likewise, it must be complied with presenting to the Securities Market Superintendence, insofar as applicable, the information established in articles 23 and 24 of the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities.
Article 3rd.- The registration referred to in article 1 of the
present resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence recommends investment in the securities or expresses a favorable opinion on the prospects of the investment. The documents and information for a complementary evaluation are available to interested parties in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
